However, should a client feel that, for whatever reason, they need to raise a complaint, then F.S Law Solicitors is here to help, we have a robust complaints handling procedure in place, this comprises the client firstly complaining to us directly, in particular, to Mr Farooq Sheikh (Solicitor and Principal of F.S Law Solicitors) by calling 0161 624 9703. He shall seek to resolve the client's complaint to the client's satisfaction, within a period of 8 weeks from the client raising the said complaint. If it transpires that the client remains dissatisfied with his response, the client may then refer the complaint to the Solicitors Regulation Authority, full details may be obtained by calling them on 0370 606 2555, and to the Legal Ombudsman, full details can be attained by calling them on 0300 555 0333.
